Booking policy
Crown Melbourne features two car parks, with over 5,000 parking spaces as well as valet parking services, for your convenience. Each show has its own camera policy which may limit or exclude the use of cameras or recording devices, including smart phones. Booster seats are not available for children who have seats in the Dress Circle. Booster seats are available at nominated door entries into the Theatre. Strollers, prams and capsules are not permitted in the auditorium and can be stored outside in the designated foyer space. Please note some shows do stipulate that everyone regardless of age must have a paid ticket, so please check the website for more show specific information.

On Thursday 16 April, from 11pm to 1am, L1 Dulwich Hill Line light rail services will not run between Central and Lilyfield due to trackwork and maintenance works. Fan online pokies are urged to use public transport to avoid heavy traffic and high demand for parking which will fill quickly. Light rail services run regularly to Moore Park, a short walk across to the EQ Precinct.
